To finalise your order and proceed to the payment, click on your Shopping Bag and “Continue to Secure Checkout”

The order process has 4 stages:

  •  Register by creating your own account or login, with your email address and password.
  • Fill in the delivery information: receiver’s name and address and select your delivery method.
  • Fill in the payment information.
  • Review your order and submit it.


Payments can be made by debit card, credit card or bank transfer depending on the country you are purchasing from.

In order to pay by bank transfer, please ensure all transfer are made to BIEFE MAXX LIMITED and not a person account.

Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard and Verve.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected during checkout.

LAGOS DELIVERY: Standard shipping typically takes 24-72hours for retail order.

OUTSIDE LAGOS DELIVERY: 3 - 5 business days 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 7 - 14 business days.

You may contact dedicated our support centre to initiate a return for merchandise within 24-72hours of purchase.

All purchased merchandise can be returned for exchange, store credit or gift card ONLY if the items are in the original condition when sold accompanied by the tags, original packaging and complete accessories.

However, clearance sales items are exempted from return and/or exchange.
