International customers are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of merchandise.
- Multiple Address Shipping: At the moment, you can ship to only one address per order. You will need to place an order per address.
- Shipping Duration within Nigeria: It typically takes 3-5 days, depending on exact location.
- Shipping Duration for International Orders: It typically takes up to 7-14 days for international orders, subject to location and subject to customs clearance process, where shipping time can be significantly delayed and in some cases the customer is required to retrieve their package from the customs office.
- Order Processing and Tracking: We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible! You will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order ships out.
- Shipping of Products in Stock: It typically takes 1-2 working days to process your order if the item is in stock. If you place your order on the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day.
- Shipping of Custom Orders: For items out of stock, or custom orders, it could take up to 14 working days after your order is confirmed.
